Any Excuse for a Lifestyle Visit

I don’t need much of an excuse to find a justification for treating myself. I’ll pick up a tub of Baskin Robins’ cause I woke up to my alarm without snoozing it in the morning (not the most regular occurrences). The excuse for my latest purchases? It was Friday. I think I’ve reached a new low. But to be fair I did have Rs.100 off with my Lifestyle Inner Circle card – if you haven’t got one and spend a small fortune in there, what are you thinking? Get on it! So what did I purchase? Well let me tell you…

My love for Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara is a well documented one. But I thought it was time to branch out. I’ve been really impressed with the mascara (review here) and after seeing a Lifestyle employee with the most fabulous manicure I’ve ever seen crediting this as the culprit I just had to get The Max Effect Mini Nail Polish in Chilled Lilac. It is absolutely gorgeous. I love a lilac nail polish and this one is spot on! I’ll let you know if it hits L’Oreal off the top-spot. As if I need another nail polish? No. However L’Oreal’s Color Riche had been winking at me for a while. Their Beige Countess is still going strong and is my weekly nail coverer of choice so I’m expecting good things from this. I picked up Boudoir Rose, which is a questionable shade for this time of year, but I’ll ‘werk it out’ I’m sure. A sheer, perfecting, rose hue? Just up my street. I’m sure this will wheedle its way into my nail polish round-up post which should be up soon-ish.

So what will the next excuse be? Who knows. But one thing’s for sure – I can justify any purchase 😉 Somebody call shopaholics (not-so) anonymous!
