If there’s an element of peachy pink and a barely there base, it can only be one thing. My current makeup rotation that has been gracing my face of late. Now it’s nothing spectacular so I’ll save you the samey selfie, a quick browse of ‘The Makeup’ archives and you’ll get the gist. But it had been a month or two since I scribed down an update so I thought I’d check-in…
Innisfree Longwear Cover Cushion Foundation in N27*: I’ve rambled on about this before; nice, thick, no complaints. And due to the fact it’s the best colour fit right now in my collection, it’s been called up to the front line.
BeYu Colour Catch Eyeshadow Palette in Mermaid Blue Shades*: It’s a palette I often forget, but the 2nd shade – a shimmered metallic blue – dusted all over the lids with a MAC 217 has become my daily go-to.
Maybelline Hyper Curl Volum Express Mascara: I’ve finally come to terms with the fact that my beloved L’Oreal False Lash Mascara looks like it’s being discontinued and am coming round to the idea of Maybelline’s offering. It’s more natural looking on the lashes than the L’Oreal but come to think of it, that’s a good thing – right?
BeYu Lipstick in Red Lobster*: This is one of those lipsticks that I can’t seem to fish out of my bag and apply without someone enquiring its shade name. A rich balmy peach, it’s a no mirror required jobbie and leaves my pout looking peachy but not sticky.
