Overnight Beauty Essentials

My relatives have sprinkled themselves all over the country, meaning that at weekends I often find myself clambering back onto trains and spending a not-so-glamourous night in a spare room! I’ve become quite a pro at packing for these occasions so I thought I would share what I took with me this weekend at my uncle’s home.

This was a ‘bhau beej’ trip, so in terms of overnight essentials I threw in my rollerball version of Milano by Zara. Then for once the celebrations had winded down I brought a tube of Olay Regenerist Daily Cleanser to take my makeup off and then the Lakme Skin Gloss cream to throw on after. In the morning I gave my face another wash with the Olay Regenerist Daily Cleanser and then applied a healthy layer of the Lakme Skin Gloss cream, I’m really getting into that stuff at the moment. For makeup I kept it really simple; the Revlon Photoready BB Cream in Light with the Real Techniques Buffing Brush, for some amazing coverage I packed the Almay Line Smoothing Concealer in Light/Medium, for cheeks I had the Real Techniques Multi Task Brush with Maybelline Cheeky Glow in Fresh Coral. My Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara is still going strong, I also combed my eyebrows through with an eyebrow comb and for my lips I bought the Revlon Colorstay Mineral Lipglaze in Perennial Pink as it gives a nice pink lip.

See for a beauty addict like myself I don’t think that is too bad! Plus, I’m pleased to report that I used everything, which is always a sign that you packed effectively! What essentials do you pack in your overnight bags?
