The Weekend Post #42: Tea Tree Facial

I’m in love with the #zithappens campaign for The Body Shop Tea Tree Range and actually, it even caught my dad’s eye and he was impressed! So it shows it’s one of those things that truly resonates with lots of different people! The #ZitHappens campaign is all about accepting that blemishes do happen, whether you’re male, female, young or old! It’s about remembering that you’re not alone with blemishes and that you don’t have to let your blemishes sock your confidence or self-esteem.

So as you may have guessed, #ZitHappens is all about battling blemishes and The Body Shop are using it to promote their ‘clear skin superheroes’! I’ve been the biggest fan of the Tea Tree range from The Body Shop for years. It was my absolute go-to five years ago but over time it’s just fallen off my radar. It’s recently been given a bit of a makeover to match the rest of The Body Shop’s new packaging, which I happen to be obsessed with! Let’s take a closer look at the face mask…

Everyone loves a good mask and this is genius! It’s created with kaolin clay, volcanic mineral exfoliants and tea tree oil. This power trio helps to tackle blackheads, clogged pores and shine. When you apply it, the clay dries and then reduces blackheads, shine and mattifies the skin.

I’m sold – can you tell? Now for an evening of pampering courtesy of one little tub of the good stuff…
